1. Light the Way - Holiday Festival

The holiday lights turn on nightly at 6:30pm

2. Santa’s Ranch Christmas Display

Stay in your car and see one of Texas’ most exciting light shows!
3. San Antonio Riverwalk Holiday Boat Caroling Presented by Ford
Location: Start/End at Embassy Suites (River Level)
Now through Dec. 21st
6:15 PM - 9:30 PM Tuesday - Sunday
Rent a boat and carol up and down one of San Antonio’s most famous landmarks: the River Walk! Song sheets and music provided.
4. Natural Bridge Caverns - Caroling in the Caverns

5. SeaWorld Christmas Celebration

Check out SeaWorld San Antonio’s Christmas shows, holiday lights, festive foods, Santa Claus and more. Guests can meet Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and friends and see the Sesame Street Christmas Parade.

7. Eat Tamales
Location: In your home + restaurants around town
In the days leading up to Christmas—Las Posadas—take part in a special holiday tradition for many families in San Antonio: eating tamales! Go to one of the best tamale spots in town or try making tamales for yourself.

9. The Magik Theatre: A Charlie Brown Christmas

The 4th annual live production of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” is showing at the Charline McCombs Empire Theatre. Bring your family for a cherished, nostalgic play based on the classic animated television special.
10. San Antonio Botanical Gardens “Holidays in Bloom”

Now through Dec. 31st
Visit the lush San Antonio Botanical Gardens for their “Holidays in Bloom” display. The year-round beautiful garden is now decorated with holiday decor. Come take memorable holiday photos and enjoy a quiet walk on one of these cool Winter afternoons.
11. Dec 28th: The 2018 Valero Alamo Bowl Game: Iowa State vs. Washington State
Location: Alamodome at 100 Montana St, San Antonio, TX 78203
December 28th, game starts at 8 PM
Come watch Iowa State and Washington State face off at the 2018 Valero Alamo Bowl Game. If the holidays and football go hand in hand for your family, then this will be an exciting game to catch. If you can’t make it to the stadium, watch it on ESPN.
