Steve was a huge help in finding our first house. His expertise and availability to show us homes was excellent. We found Steve purely by chance and it was the best possible experience we could have hoped for. We happened to see a house we were interested in and emailed him, as he was the listing agent. We didn't purchase that particular house, the first one we saw. But, after meeting Steve, we wanted to work with him to find what we were looking for. We would definitely not leave it to chance next time and just contact Steve first.

He was very patient and thorough with us; trying to find out about our wants and needs, then working within our price range. We also went back and forth about whether it was the right time for us to buy or whether we got ahead of ourselves. He didn't pressure us at all into buying anything and gave us time to think things over. After a few weeks of a break, we came back to him and got started looking at homes.

Steve helped us find several homes in a neighborhood that we liked. And when one home that we really wanted already had multiple offers on it, he found us one we the same floor plan that was actually in a better location. That's the home that he helped us purchase and that we now call home.

He was great at explaining the whole process of buying our home. He gave us great information on the area and average home prices. Which homes had sold lately and what they were selling for in price/square foot. Steve was always quick with getting us require paperwork in the process. He coordinated everything and kept us well informed between our lender, sellers agent and the title company.

Steve really made it easy to buy our first home and feel good about a large purchase that we'll love for years to come.
