My name is Yne Leal, and I am beyond excited about having the opportunity to be your REALTOR®
I love meeting people! I am fluent in English and Spanish, and currently learning a bit of French.
As your Real Estate Agent, either if you are renting, selling, buying or investing, my goal is to make your searching process an exceptionally positive experience. I understand that making important and emotional decisions can be overwhelming. That is why I will be there for you during the entire process to guide you with my knowledge, patience and enthusiasm until we find a place that matches your needs and expectations.
My passion for design and architecture and my outgoing personality brought me to the wonderful world of Real Estate. When I am not helping my clients, I enjoy: spending time with my daughter and my Austinite rescue dog Kiwi, practicing yoga, watching films, traveling and celebrating life in general.

Me encanta conocer gente! Soy bilingüe, hablo español e inglés y estoy aprendiendo un poco de francés. Al ser tu Agente de Bienes Raíces (asi estés rentando, vendiendo, comprando o invirtiendo), mi meta es hacer que el proceso de búsqueda sea excepcionalmente positivo. Entiendo que tomar decisiones tan importantes puede hacerte sentir sobrecargado. Por eso yo estaré disponible durante todo el proceso para guiarte con mis conocimientos, mi paciencia y entusiasmo hasta que logremos encontrar un lugar que cumple con tus necesidades y expectativas.
Soy de Caracas, Venezuela y he sido afortunada por poder vivir en lugares soñados: Inglaterra, España, Boston, Nueva York y en los últimos años en la bellísima ciudad de Austin TX donde reside una parte de mi familia.
Tengo una licenciatura en diseño y fotografía, y muchos años de experiencia trabajando en mercadeo y educación. En el año 2017 fundé una escuela muy especial para niños donde aprenden español a través del arte, en Brooklyn, Nueva York. Es un espacio creativo increíble que es todavía exitoso en las manos de un excelente equipo al que entrené.
Mi pasión por el diseño y la arquitectura y mi personalidad extrovertida me trajeron al maravilloso mundo de Bienes Raíces. Cuando no estoy ayudando a mis clientes disfruto pasar tiempo con mi hija y con mi perra Kiwi (que adopté de un refugio en Austin), practicar yoga, ver películas, viajar y celebrar la vida en general.
