Tony Zavaleta

As a second-generation UT Austin grad, I’m a longtime resident of Central Texas, and have spent my marketing career across industries that include healthcare, real estate, technology, and public affairs. For the past seven years, I’ve been proud to lead the marketing team at JBGoodwin, supporting more than 850 agents and their thousands of clients across the Austin and San Antonio region.

During that time, the company has earned first place wins as the Top Workplace in the nation in 2023 and 2025, as well as five consecutive first-place wins in the Austin and San Antonio Top Workplaces awards. 

I’m also deeply involved in the company’s charitable arm, JBGiving, as we support the important work of local nonprofits. We were proud that these efforts helped earn JBGoodwin the Top Workplaces Social Responsibility Award in 2025.

Outside the office, I spend time with my family, books, my Canon camera, and regular burgers at the Alamo Drafthouse. On the side, I’m also an award-winning filmmaker and screenwriter, a creative passion that continues to inspire me.
