I have over 15 years of experience in marketing, management and advertising in the community newspaper field. With my background and JBGoodwin’s commitment to advertising, no one will market your home better.

I developed keen negotiating skills while working as a head buyer in the wholesale and retail markets. I was able to get the best prices from manufacturers and price the inventory properly for retail customers. I now apply the same principles for both buyers and sellers in securing the best price on your home.

As an added bonus I have an extensive background in landscaping and horticulture. I can offer advice to sellers on ways to give your home extra curb appeal or make your backyard more appealing. I enjoy helping buyers identify the plants in their new yard, giving helpful maintenance tips and offering landscaping suggestions. Who knows, if the weather is pretty, I might just give you a hand. I want to make your home a place of enjoyment inside and out.

I have been in the Austin area for 11 years, and while in the newspaper business worked in the Westlake, Lake Travis, Pflugerville and Bastrop areas. Therefore, I have a solid understanding of these communities along with our great city of Austin.

I am a Rotarian, an avid gardener, a Houston Astros fan and a Big-12 College sports fan. Although at times, that gets interesting since I am an Oklahoma State University alumni and my wife’s complete allegiance lies with the University of Texas. My wife and I are active in Riverbend Church, the Austin chapter of Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure and the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
