Thanks for considering me as your Realtor®. Perhaps I should tell you a little something about myself.
First and foremost, I am a very dedicated person and love Texas – specifically San Antonio and surrounding areas. I came to call “SA” home after being born and raised in Austin, then to college in San Marcos, and finally to this special city 20+ years ago.
My life has afforded me many experiences in the education field. First as a high school teacher directing the pep squad, cheerleading and dance team (largest spirit organization in Texas) at the “exemplary status” Clark High School, and then coached the dance team to 3 State Championship Titles. What a wonderful experience it was to work with these young people! Then, at the school district’s request, I went back to my ol’ Alma Mater – Texas State University to work on a Master Degree in Education to be an ADMINISTRATOR.
Besides my formal education, I found a new love in Fashion! I became a professional spokesperson and model talent for over 15 years and have continued to run Fashion Shows, Benefits and Special Events for various stores and malls in several Texas cities.
A bit about my family – I have 2 sons – one has participated in all sports for the past 13 years – so it’s been fun being team mom, coach, and “whatever”. My other son is a special needs son (Autism). He has taught me patience and to value individual needs of family and community. I became very involved in PTA (officer), room mom, and volunteer assistants to Special Ed Teachers.
Finally, my communication skills, education, enthusiasm, and stamina gives me great satisfaction in knowing that I’m giving the most professional guidance thru Real Estate Sales. “Real Estate” to me is not just about the PURCHASE or SALE of a “property”…. it’s about home, people’s needs and desires, and family. I am aware of the many reasons for BUYING and for SELLING. I am highly qualified to make your decision happen – and the process to be a smooth and successful one. So, whether you’re moving in or out of the city; whether purchasing larger or downsizing; whether increasing property portfolio or simplifying and liquidating – I’ll help and guide every step to the finish line! I really enjoy my career. I’ve been a Top Producer every year and have earned 5 designations (see below).
I hope you’ve gathered that I have a passion for teaching and helping, and I would be honored to assist you – and for you to consider me your Realtor®.
Thanks – and I look forward to visiting with you in person!

"Sandi is very hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall an amazing realtor and person."Henry Gallegos
"I would like to commend my two high-performance agents, Sandi Peerman and Maria Spencer, for their OUTSTANDING work getting my property leased for a two-year contract at a time when fear of Covid-19 gripped San Antonio and the rest of the state. That Sandi and Maria were able to attract and bring to the table any tenants under such circumstances is a testament to their tenacity and CAN DO approach. My husband Oliver and I feel so very fortunate to have had them working on our behalf. Great work Sandi and Maria. Many thanks!"Mary Canning Meisel
"My husband accepted a new position in San Antonio. From the very first moment that I spoke with Sandi on the phone, I felt completely at ease, as if I were speaking with someone who was already a good friend. She was so warm and personable and almost immediately I knew that she would be just the right realtor for us. She listened attentively to my list of concerns about relocating to a new city, and then she inquired not only about our housing needs, but also our wants. She could tell that I was extremely stressed as I shared with her that I had just lost my mom the year before and was her executor for selling her house just four months prior. I was completely overwhelmed by the idea of having to do it all over again with my own home, as well as relocating with my husband and my autistic son. She was so empathetic with what I was going through and so warm in her support. Her support has truly been unwavering ever since that first conversation.Julie, Jon & Owen Taylor
Several weeks later, I arrived in town for the first time with my sister. Sandi immediately arranged to meet us to show us around. She spent the whole day driving us around the city, sharing information about San Antonio, the schools, various neighborhoods, and surrounding areas. She was a vast wealth of knowledge about the city. We really connected with her warm and friendly nature.
I stayed in touch with Sandi over the following months. She was just a phone call or text away should I have any questions or need advice. Sandi took my family and I out to show us various rental properties until we could sell our home. The apartment we chose wasn’t ready, Sandi did the walkthrough prior to our move in and arranged to pick up our keys and gate openers and was waiting with them at our apartment when we arrived. She had even left several special little things for my son in his new room. He was very excited. Sandi had been keenly aware of how difficult this transition might be for my son and went to extra lengths to make him feel welcome.
We can soon close on our home in Houston and I am so excited to finally start on this new chapter of looking for our new home with Sandi by my side. I feel very blessed to have found her. I feel she’s not only an asset to JBGoodwin firm, but also to this city."
"Sandi was amazing. I would recommend her a million times! She is hard-working, compassionate, and made this process easy!"Victoria Castellanos

Sandi was absolutely amazing! Will look forward to working with her again!"
"I am soooo very thankful for Sandi. I had listed my house with a non-motivated realtor and it sat for 80+ days with little traffic. I couldn't understand. It is a beautiful, waterfront home with a private dock. My friend and neighbor recommended Sandi. He has used her in the past as he bought and sold homes. He is not easy to please, either! Sandi came in and had beautiful pictures and a video made that truly reflected the beauty of my house. I had a contract in THREE days after Sandi took over! My house had more traffic in 3 days than 80+ days with the prior agent. The buyer's agent told Sandi that if the house looked as good as the photos, they wanted it! I had a contract as soon as they looked at my house. Look up Sandi online-you will be amazed at her work. I am serious when I tell you she lives to make her clients happy. No wonder she is one of the top agents at JB Goodwin! Thanks to Sandi, my son and I were able to get moved back to the DFW area to be close to our family. I will be forever grateful."Rachel Trosper
