I want to share my great car-buying experience with salesperson Qasim Mohammed. He was attentive, patient, serviceable, and most gracious. I was buying a car for my mom but it wasn't just any car. She wanted a LEXUS. After several attempts, Qasim, found the One. I showed up at Dealership and he asked where is mom. I said she is home on this cold and rainy day. He said let's take it to her. This quick call to action deserves a medal. My mom was excited, amazed, surprise and said " This is the one". Qasim took us back to the dealership and the rest was history. He and his colleague Norman kept being attentive to our needs, provided us coffee and snacks, and throughout the wait, they kept circling back, ensuring Momma did not need anything else. That's exceptional service, and that was important to me. It was in the little details that made the difference. If that exceptional service was not present, I would have taken my business elsewhere. He is an outstanding gentleman.
