This is the philosophy that JBGoodwin Realtors® was founded on and is what I consider my main goal as a Real Estate Professional. Whether I'm working with buyers, sellers, or tenants, I strive to do my best to guide my clients through the real estate process and the Austin market.

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master's in Professional Accounting. My background includes working as a CPA at various public accounting firms and with a Fortune 100 company's real estate investment tax group.

I have been a real estate investor prior to being licensed as a Realtor, and understand how instrumental and life-changing real estate can be in building one's wealth. I would be happy to discuss simple strategies that many people can start with when purchasing real estate such as house hacking, short-term rentals, live-in flips, buy-and-hold, rent-by-the-room, and so much more.

When not hard at work, you can find me running on the trail at Lady Bird Lake, munching at all the different food trucks and restaurants that Austin has to offer, or spending time with my wonderful wife and friends. I look forward to connecting with you - shoot me an email or give me a call!
