Michael Perez

Originally from the small South Texas town of San Diego, Texas, I moved to San Antonio in February of 2009 and fell in love with this city. 

Growing up I was an Air Force brat growing up overseas and at various bases in the U.S. Prior to joining the JB Goodwin team, I have worn many hats throughout my work history. First, I served my country in the U.S. Army assigned to Honor Guard 3rd U.S. Battalion in Fort, Myer, VA. I worked as a small-town newspaper reporter in the Rio Grande Valley for nine years after my military service. Following that, I worked as an operations manager for a sizeable Security Guard company here in San Antonio.

I have always had an interest in real estate, and I believe my life experiences will benefit those looking to buy or sell a home. I am here to serve the residents of Bexar County and the City of San Antonio. Joining the JB Goodwin team was one of the best decisions I have ever made. JB Goodwin cares about this community and hopes to improve the quality of life for its residents.

I am married to a beautiful woman named Bobbie. We have a beautiful family with two stepsons and three grandkids. We also have two great dogs, which we spoil.

In my free time, I enjoy golfing, and I am a movie lover.
