I’m originally from Oklahoma City and attended college at OU majoring in Zoology. No worries, I went to 3 TEXAS colleges and got my Master’s degree at the University of Texas at Dallas. After college, I moved to the beautiful city of San Antonio. I enjoyed living here for nine years but then moved to Dallas due to my husband's job. I taught in the DFW area for 27 years and yes, I'm definitely a science nerd! My husband and I always intended to move back to this wonderful city so when I retired, we beelined back to San Antonio as fast as we could.
I'm experienced in buying, selling, and leasing houses, some for residences and others for investment. I have a passion for real estate and I love helping people find just the right home or investment! I joined JB Goodwin because the mission statement is to "Help People" and this aligns perfectly with my philosophy. As a teacher, my strengths were a desire to help people, a strong work ethic and an astute attention to detail. These characteristics are essential in assisting you in your successful real estate transaction.
Additionally, I hold an MRP certification, Military Relocation Professional. My goal and JB Goodwin's is to thank our military for their service. As a part of the MOM (Military on the Move) program, we offer 20% of our real estate commission as a cash rebate at closing. There is no limit to this rebate! This is our way of saying thanks to all men and women who have served our country.
