Kathy Semlinger

Hello, my name is Kathy Semlinger and I am the Corporate Relocation Director for JBGoodwin REALTORS®.  I am a native of San Antonio, where my parents moved to from San Diego, CA to Texas in 1960. Both my parents are first-generation American citizens, with my mother immigrating from Czechoslovakia and my father from Germany.

My role at JBGoodwin REALTORS is to manage business-generated referrals from various sources of business and agent-generated referrals utilizing our Leading Real Estate Companies of the World independent broker referral network.

With over 25 years of real estate and relocation industry experience, I am proud of my expertise, attention to detail, and superior management of home sellers and homebuyers. For the past ten years, I have received Top Awards from Relocation Management Companies like the Excellence Award from AIRES and the Platinum Recognition Award from CARTUS.  I have served on the Board of the nation’s largest military automobile insurer and assisted with the development and creation of the real estate program. I also served on several committees with the San Antonio Board of Realtors and hold a Texas real estate license.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my four grandchildren, ages 8, 6, 5 & 4, who fortunately all live less than 10 minutes away. I support several animal rescue organizations and have fostered over 300 dogs that are now in loving homes. I also care for five dogs of my own!
