Our Dream to own a home in Austin amidst various challenges, became a reality ONLY because of Indu Govind. We were planning to own a small home in Austin and whereabouts. This was spurred by the Growth in Tech industry investments in Austin. We had a few challenges to deal with.  We were Based out of San Jose CA with zero to no Idea about the Housing market in Austin.   We hardly had the time and bandwidth to make a trip to Texas in order to do the spadework and due diligence to make any choice.   We only knew that Investing in Austin was worthy, but nothing more.  While thinking about all this, Indu Govind was introduced to us by one of our friends who recently bought a property in Austin with Indu's Help. We got blazing-fast responses for our questions during Graveyard hours.  When we almost zeroed in on a few homes, Indu made it a point to visit each and every one of these homes, take pictures and videos, do her own due diligence of the Area, the plus and minus in each of these properties and also give a live Video walkthrough during each of the visits.  Patience, and empathy for the clients is something Indu exudes to say the least.  The only time we visited our New home was after Buying it. Indu simply broke out of our narrow expectations and went Above and Beyond to not just satisfy us, but also to delight us.  Our Sustaining Relationship with Indu still continues.  The Primary Reason for Buying a Property was for the sake of Investment, and we had to find a Reliable tenant to rent our home to. For our relocation rental experience, Indu would video chat with us to show us properties and she was THOROUGH in showing the good, the OK, and the bad parts of a property that it didn’t even feel like we were 2000 miles away. Everything went so smoothly that we ended up closing in less than a month.
