Our Dream to own a home in Austin amidst various challenges, became a reality ONLY because of Indu Govind. We were planning to own a small home in Austin and whereabouts. This was spurred by the Growth in Tech industry investments in Austin. We had a few challenges to deal with.  We were Based out of San Jose CA with zero to no Idea about the Housing market in Austin.   We hardly had the time and bandwidth to make a trip to Texas in order to do the spadework and due diligence to make any choice.   We only knew that Investing in Austin was worthy, but nothing more.  While thinking about all this, Indu Govind was introduced to us by one of our friends who recently bought a property in Austin with Indu's Help. That became the beginning of our sustaining relationship with Indu for the last two years.  From the time she was introduced, Indu has provided Professional and Friendly guidance for making the correct choices based on our Budget and requirements.  She would send the Latest Trends, Data points, Historic data, positives, and negatives about many homes that would be relevant to our search and budget. We got blazing-fast responses for our questions during Graveyard hours.  When we almost zeroed in on a few homes, Indu made it a point to visit each and every one of these homes, take pictures and videos, do her own due diligence of the Area, the plus and minus in each of these properties and also give a live Video walkthrough during each of the visits.  Patience, and empathy for the clients is something Indu exudes to say the least.  The only time we visited our New home was after Buying it. Indu simply broke out of our narrow expectations and went Above and Beyond to not just satisfy us, but also to delight us.  Our Sustaining Relationship with Indu still continues.  The Primary Reason for Buying a Property was for the sake of Investment, and we had to find a Reliable tenant to rent our home to. Again, Indu Hit it Beyond the Ballpark. She scoured through Loads of information and found the Right Tenants for us. She takes it upon herself to be our eyes, ears and voice, Helping set up inspections or Helping us with Very reliable information on who to approach if something is not functional at our remote property, or, if our Tenants need some help with something broken.

We have worked with Indu twice now— the first time in finding a rental property coming from out of state and a second time in buying our first home. Both times Indu was PHENOMENAL!

For our relocation rental experience, Indu would video chat with us to show us properties and she was THOROUGH in showing the good, the OK, and the bad parts of a property that it didn’t even feel like we were 2000 miles away. My wife was once unable to make one of the tours and Indu insisted on making a video (with running commentary!) after we had toured the house so my wife could have the same experience that I had viewing it.
