Hello, my name is Carly Castaneda, and I am a resident of the beautiful city of Boerne. I was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and moved to San Antonio to attend UTSA in 2005. The vibrant culture and diversity the city offers captivated my heart, and in 2013 I made the decision to make San Antonio my forever home. My love for the city grew even more because of the SPURS, Stock Show & Rodeo, Fiesta but most importantly this is where I met my husband. We both share a passion for the local community and activities, and although we both are not originally from San Antonio, we vowed to plant our roots here. Soon after the pandemic, we decided to build our dream home and chose to build in Boerne. Why Boerne? Because the location gave us the best of both worlds, the fun city life of San Antonio packaged with the small-town feel.

I dedicated myself as a science educator for NISD for 10 years, and I went above and beyond for my students and my department. I bring that same energy to my clients. I can provide empathy and patience while educating you about the local housing market to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life.
