Brian was an amazing help in finding my dream home.  When I first reached out to Brian, it was for a long-distance move to San Antonio to be closer to my upcoming grandbaby. I wasn't in a huge hurry and wanted to take my time finding the perfect house.  We reviewed hundreds of houses so that Brian understood exactly what I was looking for when I did make a trip out to look.  I came out to San Antonio in January with the plan to look and find the neighborhoods that I wanted to look closer at. Much to my surprise and everyone else involved, I walked into the final house of the day and fell completely in love with it.  I thought about it for a few days after I got back to Colorado and we discovered that it was a bank short sale and we needed to make an offer and get it in that day. Brian didn't get flustered or panic at all. I cannot say the same for myself. He was amazing at keeping me calm and was very patient with me when I was panicking.  By the end of the week, we had a phone call telling us that our offer was accepted and I was closing in a month so I needed to get my house in Colorado on the market and sold. My realtor in Colorado listed and sold it the first day so we were good to go.  By the time I got to San Antonio for the closing, I was in a much calmer state.  During our walk-through, we discovered that the floors needed to be deep cleaned and that there was a broken window that needed to be replaced. Brian stayed on top of it and got everything scheduled so that I could focus on my move without having to worry about it.  Everything being said, I would definitely use Brian to purchase another house and would recommend him to anyone who asked who they should use.
