Brent Goodwin

My career has spanned over four decades focused on all facets of real estate, including Commercial Office and Multi-Family Development, Construction and Property Management of multi-million-dollar properties across 10 states. Also, I assisted in the Construction of Single-Family homes working with a Custom Home Builder in Houston Texas. My experience includes hundreds of closings of Condo Sales in Florida and Maryland, many closings of multi-million-dollar land purchases and sales of both Office and Multifamily. As a CPA for over 35 years and as a Vice President within the Real Estate industry the last 15-plus years, my business experience and hundreds of sales and purchase closings allows me to utilize those same strengths, skills, and experience in helping my real estate clients achieve their goals. 

After personally buying and selling homes in Galveston, Houston, New Braunfels, Salado and in Austin, I have seen it all and know the ups and downs and how to navigate through the keyholes to reduce the stress that can come with real estate transactions.  I believe the success of my relationship with my clients is achieved through listening to clients and providing a successful strategy to achieve their objectives through positive communication and teamwork.  

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, playing guitar and enjoying all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer from Austin, west to Dripping Springs, through Wimberly, San Marcos, New Braunfels, all the way to San Antonio and Boerne. I have worked in San Antonio the past 15 years, have lived in New Braunfels for 20 plus years and have owned and lived property in and around Austin for many years. I grew up in Houston and have been a season ticket holder for the Houston Texans since they began their franchise. I am also a lifelong Houston Astros fan. I love animals and currently have 3 indoor dogs and 2 indoor cats.
