I'm Ashley Givon and I am excited to be your Realtor.  With 15 years of hands-on experience in marketing, leasing and real estate, I bring a wealth of knowledge to guide you through the intricate world of real estate transactions. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or lease a residential property, I'm here to make the process smooth and stress-free.

I am a native Texan from the Piney Woods region but I've called the Austin area home for the past 20 years.  I have had the privilege of living in many different neighborhoods from the trendy South 1st area, to North West Hills, to Lake Travis and in 2009 my family and I set roots in Round Rock when we bought our first home.  I adore Round Rock.  This charming town features amazing schools, beautiful parks, wonderful people, a vibrant downtown and the best donuts in the country.

My husband and I have three amazing children and a delightful rescue pup named Pete.  There is always music in our home and lots of laughter.  As a family we enjoy exploring local parks and spending time with our close friends.  We also love to travel to see our family that live overseas.   In my downtime, you'll find me baking in the kitchen, tending to my garden, or immersed in the pages of a novel.  These precious moments fuel my passion for helping people.
