Oh no! Seller had to leave half way through renovations! The hardest part has been completed so you have a beautiful kitchen and a repaired foundation but there is still work to be done. Cute home still needs attention to master bath, drywall repairs, informal living area finish out and exterior work. Price reflects a lot of work still needed but the photos of what has been completed will wow you! Great lot, huge trees & quiet home.
