If you love this neighborhood, this is a great way to get in cheap. Fixer-upper? Renovate? Tear-down possible, but it's in much better shape than that. Roof was replaced in 2012. Needs work, but the bones are good. Bring your hammer and designer. Being sold as-is. Really good upside potential.
