Very special 1947 built home in mostly original condition. The floors, the windows (most of them) the interior 6 panel doors, the crystal doorknobs, the black & white hex bathroom floor tile, the kitchen cabinets, sink and tile - all original. The pecan floors, windows, doors, doorknobs & bath floor are in amazingly good condition. The exterior siding has been replaced with hardiboard & the roof is metal. Believe this - duct leakage is only 5.7%!!! Super efficient HVAC! Super sweet screened front porch!
