There is a dining table and living room has couch and two chairs and a small TV. Utilities are included in the rent. Internet is also included. Master is a Queen bed and there are 2 doubles in the smaller bedrooms. Washer / dryer is in the large extra room ( 200sf of storage if you need it, 20x10 with AC). Perfect if you are short term here in SA.
