We are excited to announce that Isabel Affinito has been selected by REALTOR® Magazine on their national 30 Under 30 list. Isabel’s personality was on full display in her animated submission video, and REALTOR® Magazine invited her to Chicago to take part in a photo shoot for the cover spread. This experience was an exciting and wonderful opportunity for Isabel to meet other 30 Under 30 nominees.

Isabel stumbled into residential real estate by accident and decided to stay. She fell in love with running a business and helping people shape their lives. Helping people is not only at the core of Isabel’s approach to real estate, but it is also how JB Goodwin approaches the business. People Helping People.

Isabel is admired by many in her office for her outgoing personality, determination and drive to be successful, and her friendly demeanor. She is a constant learner and is always testing out new ways to engage people.

For Isabel, the human experience and human potential is fascinating, and she is happy to talk to you for hours about history, theology, psychology, self-help and spirituality.

When asked about what she loves most about real estate, Isabel will tell you that it is complex human experiences involved in the process. Real estate happens to be the product, but it's all about the people. As a real estate agent, she has learned how to run a business, sell, and negotiate with anyone.

Isabel lives in Austin Texas with her husband, Chris, and their rescue mutt, Rosie. When she's not working, she enjoys cooking, Crossfit, reading, dancing, yoga, and travel.
