I'm Tami Carson and I have lived and worked in Austin since 1974. I have seen a lot of changes and I am here to help you. Welcome!
I specialize in areas of Austin in the West, Southwest, South and Northwest but can help with any relocation and any area, even outside the US. I have years of experience and I am a Certified Transferee Specialist. If you are moving outside of the Austin area, I can help you interview and find the right Realtor for relocations anywhere in the United States.
I am confident that I can sell your home or help you find a new home to buy. Moving can be physically exhausting and mentally stressful. A less experienced Realtor will not be as beneficial to you as an experienced Realtor. With my years of experience, I can anticipate, identify and eliminate possible problems before they have a chance to develop. I want to help you make an informed decision and make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
I work with investors to buy, sell or lease investment properties. I can help you find the right property to buy at the right time to buy. It's commonly said that you make your money when you buy not just when you sell. I will also coach you on when and how to choose tenants. Don't be misled into thinking that your realtor's job is done once the purchase is made and their commission check delivered. The process in not complete until a qualified tenant has been found. An empty investment home does you no good. I will help you to know when it the right time to sell at the best price to maximize your profits. I too am an investor. I own vacation rentals on the water in Rockport, Texas. They have appreciated to 2 times their original value and they stay rented. I understand your needs and concerns. I primarily work from my home office in Austin. But fortunately with our extremely mobile society, on occasion I pack up my laptop and cell phone and head for the coast and work from my Rockport home office.
