When I started my Real Estate career in 1992 I thought it would be a part time temporary position so I could start a college fund for my children. Soon I found out that there is no “part time” in Real Estate and that temporary does not exist in a Real Estate career.
Joining the corporate world of AT&T right out of the University of Texas was a great opportunity to learn organizational skills and business disciplines. Sales and marketing training at that level has enabled me to develop a successful Real Estate Marketing Program.
Outside of Real Estate I have a busy family lifestyle. Married for over 35 years to Brett, we have two children, Jamie and Matt (young adults now). I have participated in local tennis leagues in the area for over 30 years, helping to develop the San Antonio Women’s Tennis Association (SAWTA). Golf is slowly becoming an additional pastime even though I’m still struggling to break 100! I have also been a part of the Friends of the Ronald McDonald House organization for the past 5 years, serving as a board member since 2009.
Having lived in San Antonio since 1977, I feel a strong connection to local politics and development in the area. My husband and son are both commercial Real Estate Brokers and we often “roundtable” ideas so we can keep up with all aspects of growth in our community.
Whether it’s relocation, a military move, a move within the area or even a retirement move…. Let me help you find your way around town so you can settle into your new HOME.

We had complete confidence in Sue and trusted her completely. She handled everything as we were not present for the closing. She made sure that everything was satisfactory for the buyers and kept us informed. – Mary Kay & Lance Steahly
Sue is an excellent realtor. She has both patience and persistence and monitors all details of a sale. She deserves more than 5 stars. – Rosanne Claunch
My husband and I have bought 3 homes and Sue is by far the best agent we have ever had. She went above and beyond for us. We were out of town buyers so depended on her for so much information about areas, house location, etc. We found her extremely honest about pros and cons making her very trustworthy which was so important as out of town buyers. She would tell us if she didn't think a house was a good fit and helped us not to make a mistake. We are so happy with our home and we never even saw it in person before we got here! It is all due to Sue's knowledge of areas plus what we were looking for. The sale of the home was over a month ago and she continues to help us in any way that we need! Very thankful for her!

We have used Sue for several transactions and she has always been very helpful and goes above and beyond what's expected to handle any issues that arise. – Jackie Delnano
Sue helped us find a home in San Antonio. We were from out of town with very little knowledge of the area and we had 3 days to find a house and get the offer accepted. Sue listened carefully to our criteria, told us about the different neighborhoods and sent us possible candidates online. She then went to take a look at many of those homes ahead of our 3 day visit to ensure that they were in fact as good as they seemed online. During the visit, she took us around the various neighborhoods and told us all about them - schools, doctors, community resources, etc. She was very knowledgeable. She was also very gracious with our one year old and making sure that he stayed comfortable throughout the house hunting adventure. We found one house we absolutely loved and one back up. Sue advised us on the offer price based on comps and the market, and it was accepted despite some competition before the end of the 3 days! Sue continued to be extremely helpful, hands on, and responsive throughout the transaction. Despite the holidays, she used her network to schedule the inspection (on Christmas Eve!) and made sound recommendations on the repair requests. After some back and forth, the sellers agreed to make all of the repairs we requested. Sue was a great liaison between us and the seller's agent, lender, and Title Company. She answered all of our questions promptly, even at night and on weekends. She was available to meet with the inspector and verify the repairs for us. All in all, Sue made our home buying experience a very pleasant experience from beginning to the end. I highly recommend her and I would definitely seek her participation in any future real estate endeavor. – Regina Sieber
