As a 2006 transplant from Chicago to the Texas Hill Country, I bring more than seven years of experience in the luxury custom home completion cycle to my career as a REALTOR. I have gone through the selling and buying process so many times that I can easily relate to the uncertainty and stress that can be present during real estate transactions. I also have a great love for the city of San Antonio and truly enjoy teaching those relocating here about this fabulous city and all it has to offer.
I believe in consistently providing my clients with the exceptional customer service that they expect and deserve. Essential to achieving this is communication with my clients. I strongly believe that providing ongoing updates throughout the buying and selling process is essential. Timely responses to my client's questions and attention to detail is and will always be one of my highest priorities.
My service does not begin or end with the transaction itself. I consider myself to be a "people person" and I truly enjoy learning about and forming friendships with my clients and colleagues.
Whether you are looking to buy or sell my goal is always to keep your best interest at heart and make the process as stress free as possible. My focus is doing what best serves your interests. I would be honored to represent you as your realtor.
Phyllis was sent to us after we had some trouble with our previous agent. She came into the tense situation with a great attitude, well educated and confident on what we needed to do to sell our house. I appreciate her not being afraid to tell me the reality of situations. As well she went above and beyond in guiding us through some very challenging issues we had with our sale. I have had dealings with quite a few agents over the years and I say with confidence that Phyllis is the best we have ever dealt with hands down.

"Talk about putting in the hard work! Phyllis is tireless, fearless and positive. We never felt pressured or ignored. She's always willing to listen, give insightful information, share her vast resource pool of trades and provide solid advice. We felt like we had a friend on our side, who's also an expert realtor. It is without hesitation that I recommend Phyllis." – Ray Aguilar
"Where do I start with this amazing woman. Phyllis is patient, positive and a "go getter". If you want your home to sell she is the one for you. We sold our home three days after going on the market, even with some surrounding property challenges. She will tell you the good and the bad of your unique situation, but in the end, she knows how to sell a home. My advise is to listen to her and it will sell, especially with what to remove for the professional photographer they use for the MLS...amazing, just amazing. Thank you Phyllis!" – Wendy Pacheco
"Phyllis helped us sell our home and buy another. She got us tens of thousands more on our home than other agents would even try to sell it for and fought hard to get us our new home for thousands less than asking. She's a tough negotiator and will make sure you are taken care of every step of the way." – Jeremy & Jennifer Duckworth
"I was very fortunate to work with Phyllis Roberts. She was very attentive, understanding and easy to work with. We worked together to ensure that the best results were achieved. She also provided me any assistance with any of my personal needs as they pertained to moving, packing, contractors for repairs, etc. Yes, I would definitely refer Phyllis to friends and family." – Norma Ruiz
"For a family moving to Texas from Northern Idaho, it was important for us to have a realtor that could understand our needs, be kid friendly and supportive during our move. Thanks to Phyllis Roberts who not only met our expectations, but exceeded them." – Roger & Sarah Amore
"We hold great appreciation for Phyllis Roberts in her exceptional work and the endless hours of dedication during our search and eventual purchase of our first home. Phyllis never once lost sight of our goals or objectives. These are rare qualities in an industry where quality versus quantity is a constant struggle. Phyllis' ethical standard and devotion towards work is inspiring and should be held with great regard. Thank you for giving our family your best. We sincerely wish you this type of success in all your endeavors." – Charlie & Deborah Martinez
