Hello!!

Parul moved to Austin from Singapore in 2012, and after being here for more than half a decade, there is no other place she would rather call home. She absolutely loves Austin and everything it has to offer, the hot summers (cannot handle the subzero temperature), the food(the food trucks on every corner), the people(how friendly and nice they are), the different cultures and the list goes on.

After finishing her Master's Degree in English Literature, she pursued her love for fashion and enrolled in a fashion design institute which led to a long successful career in Fashion designing and Retail Sales, through which she realized that she loves meeting and helping people. But Parul truly craved a vocation that helped real people, something that would give her sense of gratification. So she decided to get her real estate license and connect people with houses they love, in a city that has everything to offer.

Parul understands that buying a house and relocating is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life and she respects her clients approach to this matter. She is super organized and prides herself on being available and open to answering questions anytime. She would like to build a strong relationship with her clients based on high degree of professionalism, honesty and boundless work ethic. To her, it is simply a matter of doing the right thing. She is a kind person who engenders trust, earns loyalty, and prides herself in being an endless resource for her clients. She always likes to put her clients first by being accessible and being a good listener. Parul is committed to finding the right property for you, no matter how long it will take.

In her free time, she enjoys doing activities with her family, Yoga(still struggling with the crow pose), reading to her three-year-old( which somehow always leads to talking about dinosaurs) and traveling(still have not picked a destination for this year). On their recent family vacation, they traveled to Canada and her baby absolutely loved the Niagara Falls.
