Monique has been my realtor for the past 3 years. When I first moved to San Antonio I had no clue where to start looking for houses. Monique was patient and understanding, she worked so hard to find me a beautiful home in a safe and upcoming neighborhood. Monique is more than just a realtor, she is literally the jack of all trades she was able to recommend reliable, professional, and affordable inspectors, handymen, plumbers, AC repair, cleaning lady you name it, she probably knows a person!  Being military our duty stations change often and not only did Monique help me sell my house when the time came, but she gave me a military discount!! Monique worked with me while I was relocating out of state, she kept me in the loop about all potential offers, open houses, showings and any discrepancies that popped up while I was away. Don’t let her bubbly personality fool you she is straightforward, honest, reliable, understanding and extremely hard-working!! No budget is to big or small for her. I loved working with her and would tell ANYONE coming to Texas to go straight to Monique!

My husband and I worked with Monique to buy a house for a cross-country relocation move. Monique and I hit it off within the first five minutes of chatting on the phone and I could tell she would be great to work with. She is fun, friendly and very good at her job.  We scheduled a brief trip to fly into town and shop for houses. Monique showed us 18 houses over two days, gave us her undivided attention and showed us homes in all of the areas we were considering. She helped us come together on some conflicting criteria and got an offer submitted on a great house while we were still in town.
