Michelle was the best realtor we have ever worked with. Our buying experience was different than most. First, I would like to say that she was available whenever we needed her morning, noon, or night to address any questions or concerns we had. Second, we purchased a new build and had to do a quick close because we were leaving the country for a vacation and the day we got back I was starting a new job. During our final walkthrough, we found issues that we needed to address. After we closed and while we were gone, she drove by to check on the work and wrote emails on our behalf. Once we were back and certain work wasn’t completed she advocated for us and personally made sure the work was being completed because my husband and I were both working and very busy trying to get us packed up. She could have simply walked away after closing but she wanted us to be happy and without her, I don’t know if any of the work would have been done. She spent two weeks after closing working for us to make sure that everything was done. She really is a rockstar and really is the definition “of goes above and beyond”.
