I moved to Austin in 2019, having relocated from the Pacific Northwest.  And while I may be relatively new to the area, I have already settled in and made myself right at home with my husband, young son, and the recent addition of 3 amazing boxers.  I am on the staff at Austin Boxer Recue and will be happy to hook you up with a boxer of your very own. We have meet and greets every couple of weeks.  Not everyone goes home with three, but they are pretty hard to resist.

In addition to rescuing and re-homing boxers in my spare time, I have 20 years’ experience with the purchase and sale of residential properties, evaluating for purchase and setting up management of large rental properties, and securing tenants for the investment properties. I also love working with tenants of rental properties and helping them plan their move from leasing to ownership. I have supervised construction crews, remodeling crews, maintenance crews, and pitched in to help with plumbing, sheetrock, painting, and general maintenance when needed.  I know the importance of good customer service and strive to deliver the best possible experience for my clients.

So, if you are looking for a new home, or wishing to generate income with a rental property, I will help you find the right property.  I can help you determine whether a property is overpriced or a bargain, and will assist you in the negotiation process.  And don’t be put off by my recent arrival here in Austin.  Think of me as a human search engine. With all the tools that are available these days, all you have to do is let me know what you are looking for and where you would like to be, and I will go to work to find a property that suits you ... probably several.  Or send me your list and I will find more like them.

If you are selling, let me help you identify economical ways to prepare your home for a quick sale at a price that will maximize the return on your investment. I am happy to advise you regarding simple improvements you can make to add value and enhance appeal to prospective buyers. And I can tell you, while beige may be a good color for a boxer; it is not my color of choice anywhere else.

Please let me know how I can best help you in your next property sale or purchase.
