Welcome and thank you for viewing my JBGoodwin web page!!!!!!!
I was born in Ohio and moved a lot until college. In addition to Ohio, I’ve lived in California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Canada, Mexico and Indiana. I went to college in Indiana and stayed until the late nineties, when I decided I was sick of winter and it was time to move south!
At that time I did quite a bit of research and had the following criteria for my destination city: access to higher education, lots of tech (no more one company town for me!), access to the arts, and, of course, WARM weather!
I love Austin! It has exceeded my expectations and I plan to stay for a very long time! Austin has the advantages of a big city, but is friendly like a small town. If you are new to Austin, I know you will love it, too. If you are already here – I know you feel the same way I do. This is home and it doesn’t get any better than this.
JBGoodwin REALTORS® has been in business in the Austin area since 1972. We work as a team to provide you with quality service. In fact, the Company’s Mission Statement is simply to “Help People”. I feel the same way. Great teams are about personalities and a common purpose. That, along with 40+ years of experience in real estate in central Texas makes JBGoodwin the perfect company to partner with.
I’d like to be the person that HELPS YOU. I can help with:
• Buying • Selling • Investment Property • Leasing your rental property • Or finding a home to rent
I have been investing in real estate since 1996, and I am a strong believer in diversifying your investments to include real estate…one small step at a time.
For fun, I spend time with my husband, Mike, and 3 dogs: Cody, Coco and Chyna. In addition, I love to travel, read, do needlework, meet new people, and continually learn about the Austin real estate market. My family is split between Texas, Ohio, Indiana and South Carolina.
I have over 25 years of experience in high tech, specifically around high end electronics manufacturing; I spent over 10 years helping to transfer products overseas for manufacture in Malaysia, China & Mexico. This experience has prepared me to help many people in different situations. I hope you’ll allow me to help you!

Linda Osborn has been a great realtor... she has experience and she is a detail-oriented person - particularly at examining our closing document. She was available to answer all our questions, offered timely advice and acted on our best interests. Buying a house for first time is not exactly an enjoyable experience, but she was always nearby to make the experience better. I strongly recommend Linda if you need a professional realtor.

Linda Osborn has gone to enormous lengths to help me through the home buying process and I couldn't be any happier with her and her work! After assessing my needs, budget, and goals, Linda helped me find the house that I would eventually buy. She is an excellent negotiator; I signed off on the final contract feeling wonderful about the deal that was struck. She is definitely somebody that you want to have on your side. It's hard working people like her, that wake up and do really good business everyday that make the world a better place. So thanks again Linda for everything that you have done for me!! – Cameron Vigil
Linda Osborn is the reason I was able to buy a little gem of a condo in Austin. She quickly understood my needs and provided several options in quiet neighborhoods. Living out of state, her assistance was invaluable because of builder and zoning delays. She kept track of the building progress. She coordinated the final inspection and closing with my son acting as my representative. I highly recommend Linda for her knowledge of the area and for her attention to detail. – Suzanne Fattu
I can say without question that Linda is the hardest working Realtor in Austin. I was in a jam. Divorce. I have a 85lb dog that needed a big yard. My credit wasn't clean. My salary put severe restrictions on what I could afford. I was lined up to close on the sale of my home in less than a week and had 2 weeks to be fully moved out. I was unable to apply for a rental until the sale of my home funded. The housing market was at a 97% occupancy rate.
After viewing approx. 10 properties, we found 5 that were acceptable. Each one fell apart- owner changed their mind about the dog requirement, or the property went Pending due to another applicant. Then we did it again, again, the same problem. Knowing my timeline was short, Linda began meeting me at properties very early mornings and late evenings. She was calling on multiple properties, working hard to get each of my applications submitted.
One finally stuck and I was able to sign my lease and move in on my last day. It was only through the hard work and diligence of Linda that I didn't find myself homeless. She has creative tools to help negotiate someone into a lease. She went far above and beyond what I would normally expect from a Realtor. Highly recommended!
