It was the appeal of a warmer climate and The University of Texas that brought this Chicago native to Austin 30 years ago.  I earned a degree in accounting, met my husband, and raised a family of four boys all within 15 miles of where I first set foot in Texas.  We have lived in Stavanger, Norway, Athens, Greece, and Houston, Texas, but Austin has been our home for over 20 years.

My family’s life in Austin has been woven into the community of Kathy Caraway Elementary, Canyon Vista Middle and Westwood High Schools, with PTA, Boy Scouts, choir, orchestra, football and lacrosse. Over the years I have been on a board or committee member for most of these organizations, as well as serving Austin Bat Cave, my homeowners association, Westwood High School PTSA and Mobile Loaves and Fishes.  In addition to serving my community, I enjoy road trips (I have been to all 50 states!), camping, and spending time with family.

Prior to becoming involved in real estate, I worked as a CPA for a “Big 8” accounting firm in Houston, and was the controller for a small local company here in Austin.  It was my experience in real estate investing and a desire to help people that first piqued my interest in becoming a realtor.

My 20+ years of living and working in the Austin area provides me with the knowledge and experience to help you explore our communities and find your perfect home or investment property.  I can help with buying, selling, finding an investment property, leasing, and finding a home or an apartment to rent.  I look forward to helping you!
