My name is John Garcia and I have been practicing real estate and property management for the past nine years. I have recently put a pause on property management to devote more time into building my business and developing long-lasting relationships in real estate.  

Property management has really helped me to learn the ins and outs of owning a home along with all the tedious tasks involved as a homeowner, investor,  and renter, and that is what has helped shape me into the devoted realtor I am today.
