Ian Avila

My name is Numeriano Avila, but you can call me Ian. I was born in Manila, one of the 7,107 islands in the Philippines, after completing/graduating from law school, I had the privilege of working for prestigious financial firms like AIG, JP Morgan Chase, and USAA. Almost ten years ago, my wife began caring for residents of San Antonio as a registered nurse. Moving to San Antonio from another state was both exciting and difficult, but we immediately learned how simple it is to fall in love with San Antonio's beautiful neighborhood and amazing people. We acquired our first house a year after we relocated, followed by a second house three years later.

As a Realtor, I am aware that purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will ever have to make. Having someone by your side who is knowledgeable about the neighborhood, what needs to be done and how to get the client's attention quickly is what I can guarantee. I've worn both the seller's and the buyer's shoes multiple times and felt the delight, anxiety, and excitement that both would feel.
