I specialize in Your real estate transactions! Helping my clients achieve their goals has always been the favorite part of my business career, and I see helping people with their real estate needs the most significant way I can use my skills and background to continue being of service to others. To serve better, I participate in the Direct Buyer Program, the Exclusive Marketing Program, and the Military on the Move Program.

Always looking to provide the best knowledge base for my clients, I've taken the training and achieved the following designations:

  • ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative
  • GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute
  • SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist
  • MRP - Military Relocation Professional

For the last 15 years, I worked in the banking industry. At the bank, I was known as the go-to person both within my team as well as other teams and departments. I was always willing to share my expertise or to help find the answer if the problem was new to me. I was very proud to serve as the “face to the client” for one of the bank’s five major accounts. This honor came to me because of my willingness and ability to facilitate communication across departments. I have a reputation for follow-through as well as ensuring that the “dreaded paperwork” gets handled correctly. In fact, I was able to protect my employer from prolonged difficulties on a potential multi-million dollar issue by maintaining accurate and complete records. I am eager to put that skill to work for my clients. My attention to detail makes everything run as smoothly as possible.

My career experience spans a variety of industries from banking to engineering to warehouse distribution to pipeline costing. One of my joys has been the opportunity to work with a broad range of people from the man in the warehouse to the harried executive. My primary concern was always getting the best result for everyone, and my interpersonal and communication skills helped me to achieve that end. My life has required me to make many moves, including a small town in Utah, a few big cities in both Colorado and Texas, and even a five-month period in a small village in the People’s Republic of China. So I know what it’s like to be new to an area—to get acquainted with new grocery stores, a new church, and a whole new way of doing things and getting around. I can help facilitate the transition for you whether across town or the country.

For the last 20 years, I’ve lived in Texas, and I am proud to call Texas home. After several years of living in Houston, I was able to fulfill my dream and move to San Antonio. I’ve loved every minute here, and I think you will too! I’m the proud “mom” of a pair of Chihuahuas, and the neighborhood children like to stop by and play with them. If you’re a birdwatcher, San Antonio is full of birdsong—Cardinals, Blue Jays, Mockingbirds, White-Winged Doves, and sweet little Jenny Wrens. I’m very much the novice when it comes to birding, but recently I caught a glimpse of what I thought looked like a Downy Woodpecker!

The San Antonio area has a variety of areas for every lifestyle, so I’m sure we can find just the thing to fit your needs!
