I am a native Texan who brings my diverse background to help solve your real estate needs. I love watching sports of all types. College football and basketball are my favorites, but I also follow the NFL, MLB, tennis, auto racing, golf, etc. I have a bachelor’s degree from UT – Austin, and masters from UH from both the Clear Lake and the main campus. After working in the energy sector for a decade, raising now-adult children, volunteering and teaching high school math, I am here to use my knowledge of math, finance, and housing to help you reach your real estate goals.
Helping people is what I enjoy doing. Whether to help buyers find the match for their budget and their goals or to help sellers move on to the next stage of their lives.
I first became a homeowner when I was 21, and have remodeled, built new and owned land. Life can bring challenges and I have been through some with real estate. Bought first home when interest rates were in double digits. Sold home while pregnant to move overseas. Sold home that while under contract was damaged by a hurricane. Built a new home during the 2008 housing crisis. Just to name a few. Real Estate can also bring about great times – I bought home to live in right out of college, I have sold personal homes within a short time frame, and I now live in my dream home in Austin.
My goal is to help you by listening to your needs and use my problem solving, analytical and technical skills to help you satisfy your goals.
