My husband and I had interviewed a few realtors and with all, we had expressed our concerns about the sale of our house. The difference with Cara and the others was that before she left our home, she stated she was going to do her homework and brainstorm some possible solutions. And that she did. Cara emailed us a few options with each indicating good possible outcomes...all before we contracted her services. After that, there was no question who we wanted to represent us.  Cara recommended helpful tips in the staging of our home and with the changing of the housing market, she guided us with what we were comfortable on the sale price.
