My story... Born and raised in the greatest city in the world, Austin, TX. While in college, I entered the real world in a new way that I could have never imagined before. One thing I knew was that in a world that is changing every day, having the capability to handle stressful emotional and physical situations is a priority. As your REALTOR, you are acquiring a hard-working young man who has seen Austin change drastically throughout the years. As a student of the prestigious University of Texas at Austin, you are gaining an individual who knows how to do his work early and who is always searching to learn more about a topic that he is not proficient in. As a REALTOR, I am searching to learn from my elders every day and create relationships that are bigger than a transaction.
I want you to know that you are more than a buyer/seller to me. I joined this industry because I wanted to expand my network, take a step into a mature profession and blossom into an individual to give YOU the greatest experience possible. I believe in teamwork more than I could express to you through a screen. Ever since the 5th grade, I knew what I had a passion for - "Teamwork". As the saying goes, "Teamwork makes the dream work" and my dream is to execute YOUR dream of home ownership or find a dwelling to settle down for the time being. My goal is to build ever-lasting friendships/relationships with my clients/customers that last beyond the transaction. In order to do so, I live by "Providing More" is my minimum.
As a young REALTOR, I focus on residential resale of single/multi-family homes, condominiums, and leasing. My commitment to my clients is more than a fiduciary relationship; you can expect the utmost respect for you and those that you love from me 110% of the time and I will always be sure to communicate if I am not knowledgeable on a subject. Using this technique, both of us learn along the way. In my eyes, if you don't learn a new topic every day, that day is wasted and I am not here to waste your time.
More about myself... As mentioned above, I am a native Austinite, but my father grew up in LaCoste, TX, which is just west of the San Antonio metro and my mother was born in Galveston, TX, later raised in McAllen, TX. My parents taught me that just like a house, if there is not a solid foundation, you will fall apart. The moment I picked up a basketball, I fell in love. I was a member of the varsity basketball team during my four years at Crockett High School and the lessons I learned from basketball translated to the classroom. Thus, earning me a spot to one of the most prestigious universities in the world. In addition, I was an All-Area Clarinetist and award-winning saxophonist at the TMEA/UIL All-State competitions. Whilst at UT, I am a member of the University of Texas Longhorn Band for both marching and concert repertoire. UT awarded me with honors in the Phi Sigma Pi academic fraternity of an in-residence GPA of 3.78. I plan on expanding my network in college to gain further relationships with my peers, professors, and coaches to become an even more well-rounded individual.
I own two wonderful dogs, 'Muffin' (F) and 'Milo' (M). Owning dogs certainly is not the equivalent of children, but along with sports and music, they have taught me the most important trait you can have: Patience.

I was looking for a 2-bedroom apartment for my child in the UT area. Knowing that selections were limited, I found Alejandro to be very good at locating what we were looking at renting. When it looked like things were not going well, Alejandro was able to find other places to look. He happened to find one not on our list and it was exactly what we wanted. He explained all the paperwork to us and told us exactly what the terms of the agreement meant. Clients can be assured that he will continue to look for places for them and to not get discouraged. Thank you.
