William Fiore

Hello! My name is William Fiore and a unique fact about me is that I am both a practicing Doctor and Realtor.

While I have been in practice for over a decade, I have been in the real estate field for even longer than that.   I have always had a deep interest in real estate, and I credit all that to my mother.  My mother has been a Realtor for over 35 years and raised our family on that income.  At a young age, I became her sales assistant, helping her with residential and commercial transactions.   As I got older, and my mother got busier, my duties grew to include home renovations, land sales, acquiring rentals and property management.

In addition, I have owned and sold several medical offices in my career.  Half of those offices I built from the ground up.  I have firsthand experience dealing with commercial leases, renovations, city permits, partnerships and office acquisitions.  For the healthcare client that needs those unique services, I can help guide you through that confusing stage in your medical career.
