As a dedicated REALTOR®, I thrive on helping people transition from one chapter of their lives to the next, providing expert guidance and advice throughout the real estate journey. Growing up in Centennial, Colorado, I was immersed in the real estate industry from a young age by my father, Pat Forber, a respected REALTOR® and Broker Associate in the Denver-Metro Area for over 30 years.

My diverse educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York, where I studied Economics, Literature, Italian, Art History, Theater, and Vocal Music. Before embarking on my real estate career, I enriched my professional experience as an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) Teacher and Trainer, and worked in International Education and Study Abroad in Florence, Italy, in collaboration with Sarah Lawrence College and Kent State University. As the Director of University Relations for Santa Reparata International School of Art (SRISA), I played a key role in establishing the school's U.S. base of operations in San Antonio, Texas.

Happily married to my wife, Anna, we are proud parents to one wonderful son. My family and I cherish our time together, and their support fuels my dedication to my clients and my career.

I had the pleasure of listing my house with Will. He had helped me sell my house while I was out of state. He helped me find the right team to help get my house ready for a sale. Unfortunately - I had to leave town before I could oversee the repairs as well as the sale. Will gave me 0 doubts as to the progress and even stepped up to help as needed. One time my renovator couldn't get in the house and in less than 30 mins Will drove over a new set of keys to the renovator. Another time - Will wasn't satisfied with my patio and it needed a power wash. So Will took it upon himself to swing by with his OWN power wash machine and clean it himself.
