We loved working with Ms. Trish Engle! We relocated from Columbus, Ohio to San Antonio in May 2022 and have been working with Trish since the fall of 2021. During all this time, Trish was spectacular in every single way. There are multiple reasons that Trish stands out among her peers. First, she was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and provided an extremely rich array of sources about them. Second, she was always there to negotiate prices, take our Facetime and regular calls, even during weekends/when celebrating family events (which was extraordinary!). Third, she has always made herself available to explain carefully and patiently how the real estate market works in San Antonio. Once we decided on the house we wanted to buy, Trish kept us informed about the progress on the house, sending us many pictures and representing us successfully during our inspection. This represented a considerable effort, given the traffic and construction debris she had to put up with during these visits! She came to the meeting where we chose the specifics for our house, offering her feedback when asked, but remaining respectfully non-committal. She was also present at closing, always with a word of encouragement and a comforting smile. Fourth, and most important, Trish was (still is!) an extraordinary human being, who went far beyond her role as a real estate agent. Knowing that we were buying a home from quite a distance, she kept the communication smooth with us, advising us on various things related to the house, and was extremely proactive, positive, and cheerful about the entire process. We found her pleasant demeanor and strong confidence reassuring. What was most impressive about Trish, however, was her masterful coordination of all the parts involved in this process, both the buyers (us) and the seller (Highland Homes). She made sure we knew everything they were doing on a weekly and at some point, daily basis, while providing us with advice and help on how to navigate our relocation. In that regard, she even gave us a list with hotels that could host us in San Antonio. That was a spectacular feat, for which we have been and still are extremely grateful. If we were to do this again or buy another property, we would use Trish's talents without any hesitation. Trish was extremely professional, kind, and a fighter, who has had our best interests at heart for many months. We couldn't have found a better person to take care of us.
