Sue Baillio
WELCOME TO SAN ANTONIO!
Let me help you with your Homework!
When I started my Real Estate career in 1992 I thought it would be a part-time temporary position so I could start a college fund for my children. Soon I found out that there is no “part-time” in Real Estate and that" temporary" does not exist in a Real Estate career.
Joining the corporate world of AT&T right out of the University of Texas was a great opportunity to learn organizational skills and business disciplines. Sales and marketing training at that level has enabled me to develop a successful Real Estate Marketing Program.
Outside of Real Estate, I have a busy family lifestyle. Married for over 45 years to Brett, we have two children, Jamie and Matt (each with their own growing families), and 6 grands. I have participated in local tennis leagues in the area for over 40 years, helping to develop the San Antonio Women’s Tennis Association (SAWTA). Golf is slowly becoming an additional pastime even though I’m still struggling to break 100! I have also been a part of the Friends of the Ronald McDonald House organization for the past 5 years, serving as a board member since 2009.
Having lived in San Antonio since 1977, I feel a strong connection to local politics and development in the area. My husband and son are both commercial Real Estate Brokers and we often “roundtable” ideas so we can keep up with all aspects of growth in our community.
Whether it’s relocation, a military move, a move within the area, or even a retirement move…. Let me help you find your way around the city so you can settle into your new HOME.
