Silvester Perez

My name is Silvester Perez I'm from West Texas but raised in Dallas and moved to San Antonio in 2016 to be close to my family. I'm bilingual (I speak Spanish and English). 

I entered the real estate world after working in the Medical Industry (PBM-Pharmacy Benefit Managers) for 19 years and then in sales (retail) for more than 14 years. Real estate is something that I've wanted to do for a very long time. I have always enjoyed working with and helping people and I feel like my previous experience has helped me understand the importance of customer care, service, and satisfaction. Ensuring that I always put you and your goals first will always be my top priority!

In addition to my career in real estate, I love to spend time with my family (spouse, two beautiful sons who I was very lucky and honored to adopt after caring/fostering for an entire year), friends, and pets.  I also enjoy entertaining friends and family.
