Shana Luce

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and I’m proud to serve the city I’ve always called home. With deep roots in this community along with over 30 years in the mortgage finance industry, I understand how important it is to find not just a house, but a place where life happens and memories are made.

My husband, Bobby Luce, is a retired Athletic Trainer who now works in athletic medical supply sales, and together we’ve built our life around faith, family, and service. We are incredibly proud parents of three sons. One serves our community as a Police Officer, another is a High School Teacher and Head Baseball Coach, and our youngest is currently enrolled at Texas State University pursuing a degree in nursing with a focus on anesthesia.

Raising our family in San Antonio has given me a deep appreciation for our neighborhoods, schools, and the people who make this city so special. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make, and I approach every client relationship with care, integrity, and dedication.

Outside of real estate, I love traveling with my husband and spending time with my family and friends. Building meaningful relationships is important to me, and I’m passionate about guiding my clients through every step of their real estate journey with confidence and personal attention.
