As an accomplished industry leading designer, Scott has observed the world through creative eyes, sensed nuances and appreciated both form and function. His was a position requiring perseverance, tenacity and negotiation, and communication skills as he worked with a diverse, high-profile and international customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, he is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients. 

 

A focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, Scott is known for his intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as he creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. His business approach is direct and successful: he listens to the client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction.

And those questions don’t need to be about buying or selling a home. A lifetime resident of San Antonio, Scott not only knows the community, he’s glad to share his knowledge.

 

It’s really not surprising.  You could say Scott cut his teeth on service - growing up and working in his family’s San Antonio nursery and later his own corporate event planning business.  He learned early on that service must be tailored to the individual client, and that exceeding client expectations leads to success. He also learned that with determined action most problems can be solved, and that he loved both the challenge and the gratification of meeting that challenge. Scott knows exactly where to focus your search.

 

When not assisting buyers and sellers, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, collecting, traveling, canning, an avid gardener, and taking an evening swim with the family dog – Sunflower.

 

He’s been actively involved with many National and State design associations, Arabian Horse Association, United Way and supports a variety of organizations that support children and humanities.
