I grew up a military child and have experienced moving many times throughout my life. Having bought and sold several homes in the past, I also understand the stress that buying or selling a home can have on a family. My goal is to make that process as seamless and stress-free as possible. My work experience includes almost 20 years in the high-tech industry, several years in the oilfield as well as the geotechnical engineering field. My education background lies in Construction Management and Computer-Aided Drafting & Design. All of this has taught me to have a very acute attention to detail.

My wife Sharon Carter is also a REALTOR with JBGoodwin and we work together as the WS Carter Team! If you are selling, we will work with you to get the fairest price, in the least amount of time as possible, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and JBGoodwin Realtors' superior marketing materials. If you are buying, we will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and to assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, and watching old tv shows.
