Hi, I’m Rose Montemayor, a dedicated REALTOR® based in Floresville, TX. I was born and raised in Texas, with deep roots in the Texas Hill Country, where I grew up in Kerrville, TX.

After studying communications at Texas State University in beautiful San Marcos, Texas, I transitioned to San Antonio, where I began my career in the corporate world. Later, I transitioned to working in the oil field, which is where I met my wonderful husband, David. Together, we have three amazing children—Addison, Lilliana, and Johnnie—whom I’ve been homeschooling since 2018.

I believe in giving back, and as such, I’ve aligned myself with JBGoodwin Brokerage, whose model is to "Help People." My background in communications has equipped me with the skills to ensure clear and effective communication in every transaction.
