Great experience working with Raj. I am an out-of-state buyer. Raj helped me identify different options to meet my long-term & short-term goals. Raj helped us submit multiple offers but we could not get any offer accepted. That is due to the right advise not to pay too much over asking listing price to compete with other investors. Raj did not hesitate to advise us not to go over reasonable price, even if we want to give a higher offer.  Finally after few months of offers we cooled down. Does this sound like an unreasonable or unlikely combination? Well, that was what I was told by several other realtors whom I approached ... except Raj Chintakindi.  He was patient throughout the search process, always provided the comps and other relevant data on time, and kept us informed of the changes in the market throughout the process. We purchased a new home in a great neighborhood with him as our realtor.  One might think that buying a new home may not require a lot of monitoring - I was sorely mistaken. Things move very fast during the construction and mistakes made by the builder may never get identified or corrected later causing great inconvenience.
