Welcome Friend! My name is Phylicia Davis and I was born in Killeen, Texas (Military Brat) but raised in Queens, New York. I relocated to San Antonio Spring 2022! I have always had an interest in Real Estate since I was 14 years old but never thought it was something I could achieve.

For most of my life, I have worked in Sales and Customer service. I was a Spa Manager for 13 years before moving to Texas. In addition to real estate, I work in the Medical field working alongside the best Doctors and Surgeons in the state giving people one of the greatest gifts....eyesight! Whether someone has Cataracts or just bad vision, I can help. My passion has always been helping people and taking care of them to the best of my ability.

I will tell you why I took the plunge into real estate, just like many people relocating we needed a real estate agent and we had one referred to us. Long story short, it was a horrible home-buying experience. After that, I decided I will dedicate myself to real estate and vowed to never treat potential client/client how I was treated. It's like that quote "People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel".
