My wife Martha was Peggy Little's daughter's kindergarten teacher about 31 years ago. We had an ice cream party in our backyard for all of her students, parents, siblings, and friends. Peggy announced that she had just gotten her realtor license, so we told her we would like to buy the empty lot across the street from us. In no time at all, she not only found out who owned the lot, but convinced him to sell the lot to us. This was her first sale as a realtor. When Martha's granddaughter Victoria Berry and her husband were looking for a house to buy in Pflugerville, we had her contact Peggy. Peggy found them a wonderful house and took care of all the details to their great satisfaction.  Here it is 31 years later and we are planning to sell our house and lot so that we can move to Taylor. Peggy came up with a plan to help us in every way possible. She found a buyer for the lot in a very short time and took care of all the details. She has also found a number of places for sale in Taylor and gave us the information we would need. Since we have decided to build a house on Martha's daughter's land, she is planning to help us find a buyer for our house and will continue to help us every step of the way.
