With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, marketing, and sales, Page brings a rare blend of industry knowledge, local insight, and genuine connection to every client relationship. Licensed for 21 years, she began her career working in marketing and sales for national home builders, gaining a strong understanding of how homes are positioned, built, and sold long before she ever became a Realtor.

Real estate runs in the family, and that legacy helped shape her passion for the business early on. Today, she continues that tradition by serving clients across residential, commercial, and land transactions, with a special passion for farm and ranch properties and raw land for development or investment. Her experience includes helping landowners navigate rezoning, as well as securing agricultural and wildlife exemptions—areas where her practical knowledge can make a meaningful financial difference for clients.

Page’s expertise is further strengthened by her close connection to the growth and development happening throughout the region. Her husband, Denny McDaniel, works with his family’s land clearing business, providing services for roadways, drill sites, and new developments. Through this connection—and her own long-standing roots in the area—Page often has a behind-the-scenes understanding of where growth is heading and how it may impact property values and opportunities.

Outside of real estate, Page and Denny own and operate Rockin’ M Ranch Land and Cattle, a family cattle business that reflects their commitment to hard work, stewardship of the land, and family values. They are raising three children who are actively involved in sports and the ranch, keeping life busy, grounded, and deeply connected to the community they call home.
