About Natalie Sacco

Natalie is an absolutely beautiful human being and one of the most dedicated and hard-working people I've ever met! She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to helping you achieve your goals and dreams! She is a highly skilled communicator that has the ability to create a clearly defined path through loads of ambiguity while also giving you the confidence you need to move through any decision-making process. She is relatable, fun, warm and genuinely caring! You definitely get a sense that her compassion and desire to help people are her main driving forces. In her work she remains agile, responsive and thorough while still being fully present for you!

I contacted JBGoodwin Realtors and Natalie went above and beyond to help me find a place. I was an extremely hard case for her but she never gave up, never gave in, and was extremely professional and respectful and kind. She treated me just as a friend would and I would never choose anyone else to ever help me when it comes to finding a place than Natalie. She is truly a God send.

Having owned several homes, I know how painful real estate transactions can be. This time was different. From the beginning, Natalie made me feel at ease with her professionalism and personality. She was able to quickly identify exactly what I was seeking in the area I was interested in and flawlessly managed all aspects of the transaction afterwards. She saved me a considerable amount of money by suggesting an offer based on her research of the property, and handled the contract and inspection (including some extra areas that needed specialty evaluation) so that all I had to do was show up for closing, and was even able to negotiate a few extras from the seller that I figured I'd have to pay for out of my own pocket. Always available and quick to follow up with any questions/concerns that I had, she is and was a great asset to me during that time. Buying a home doesn't have to be a frustrating experience, especially if you have the right people on your side, and she made the entire process so much easier than it typically is. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Natalie was very professional prompt, knowledgeable and a great realtor to work with. I would highly recommend her if anyone is in search of a home. She will work with you from start to finish and will update you along the way!

Not only is Natalie, a true business professional, but she is also motivated and efficient and continues to explore and approach all challenges in a friendly and inviting manner. Her proven reputation for professionalism and expertise in finding you the perfect home in the perfect place and doing so with her natural ability to make the toughest journey seem easy with her charisma and positive attitude.

Natalie was so great during our home search. She was able to work with us on our very busy schedules to fit us in for viewings. We had a time crunch of 4 weeks and we were able to find a home within 2.5 weeks with her help! She even checked in after our move to see if we needed anything else and to ask how we were settling in. She really goes above and beyond what I expected. Thanks so much again Natalie!
